Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND
AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.In case of wanting to use a commissioned work of art for merchandise you will need to
pay additional commercial fee. (+100 $)

  • Communication is done through twitter (X) or discord DMs.

  • Editing upon the work can only be done if I'm still in the sketching phase.

  • I am not responsible for any faults in the final work that resulted from the lack of information given by the client.

  • I only accept the commission if I'm provided a reference or description for what the client wants

  • I don't do realistic art so please be mindful when sending me a reference I prefer having a drawn character reference and not irl picture unless it's an animal

  • Given I'm a student I take a while to get finished on certain commissions that require more of my time, please be mindful of that when you commission me.

  • Rushed orders will have an additional fee.

  • I do not accept refunds of artworks I'm in the middle of working on or already finished.

  • After receiving the commissioned artwork you have the rights to use it for personal use but cannot claim that it was done by you.

  • You cannot modify the artwork (coloring, adding upon it, signing it, etc.) but you can crop it as long as you ask for permission.

  • When posting the artwork on social media you must credit me.

  • I have the rights to publish the work on any of my accounts or in my portfolio.

  • I do not allow my art being sold as NFT or other crypto currency based platforms.
